BUILDING COMMUNITY THROUGH RELATIONSHIP

Canora Place

Canora is a 30 unit apartment building in the west end of Edmonton,all residents of Canora have been previously homeless and are part of the housing first program.

Run by Kyle Soroka and Scott Reid Canora runs rent at 20%less than market value making it affordable, safe and clean living for the low income of our community.

Partnered with the 10-year plan to end homelessness the main goal of Canora Place is to provide a safe and healthy atmosphere for the most at  risk clients of the housing first program in Edmonton. Scott Reid and Kyle Soroka work diligently with clients, building relationships and offering support throughout each client’s journey into independent living.
